Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days. In peak seasonal periods, preparation may extend up to 3 business days.

Once preparation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible due to the perishable nature of floral products.

2. Refund Request Timeframe

Refund requests should be submitted within 7 calendar days from the scheduled delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.

All requests are reviewed individually within 2–5 business days.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Incorrect item delivered
• Significant quality issues upon arrival
• Delivery not completed due to service limitations
• Order not matching confirmed specification

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be returned using the original payment method used for the order.

Processing time for funds to appear may vary depending on financial institutions, typically within 5–10 business days.

Refunds may not be available in the following cases:

• Failure to receive delivery due to access restrictions
• Change of mind after preparation has started
• Perishable nature of completed floral arrangements
